Aisha Elliott
Dance

Mrs. Elliott joined the MOT staff as the director of the dance program in 2019.  She graduated from Long Island University in 2014, with a Bachelors in the Fine Arts in Dance Studies.  She is trained in Ballet/Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Musical Theater, Contemporary, and African.  Throughout Mrs. Elliott’s career, she has worked with choreographers from companies such as Alvin Ailey Dance Theater and Ballet Hispanico, and performed in historic venues including Symphony Space and the Tilles Center in New York.  Mrs. Elliott approaches teaching dance from a foundation of ballet technique, but her mission is to have a well-rounded dance program where students become well-versed in a multitude of dance styles.

Eric Epstein
Digital Business/Computer Science

Mr. Epstein has taught Digital Business and Computer Science at MOT since 2020. He received an M.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing Management from Goldey-Beacom College.  Additionally, Mr. Epstein earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance & Sport Management from University of Delaware.  Mr. Epstein has also worked with the Goldey-Beacom Athletic Department as a Sports Information Assistant and Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach, and Zero Gravity Basketball as a Video Producer and staff member in their sales, operations, social media, and event management departments.

Tracy Friswell-Jacobs
Theater/Tap Dance

Mrs. Friswell-Jacobs has over 20 years of teaching experience and owns the Delaware Arts Conservatory, where she also teaches dance.  She is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Education, focusing in English, Theater, and Music.  In addition to teaching, she is a professional performer with experience on stage, film, and television.

Rachel Hoke
Instrumental & Vocal Music

​Ms. Hoke has over 10 years of experience as a professional musician and teacher, and began directing MOT's music programs in 2019.  She has performed as a vocalist with groups including Opera Delaware, The Philadelphia Singers, Procol Harum, Brandywine Ballet, and Eakins Vocal Consort.  She is a graduate of West Chester University and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and a current doctoral candidate at University of South Carolina.

Ian Klink
Digital Media

Mr. Klink has taught Digital Media Design at MOT Charter HS since 2017.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Aurora University and his Masters of Arts in Film and Television from Savannah College of Art and Design.  As a filmmaker and artist, he has directed films and theater productions including his thesis film adaptation of Stephen King’s The Man Who Would Not Shake Hands and recently MOT Charter's production of No Exit on stage.

Brendan Murphy
Drumline/Engineering

Mr. Murphy began MOT Charter High School’s first drumline in 2017.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware in 2011, where he performed with the University of Delaware Marching Band for four years and now is a drumline staff member there.  He has marched with and taught in several professional drumline groups, such as Carolina Crown, United Percussion, Cadets2, and several others from 2010-2019.  In addition to drumline, he teaches three engineering courses at MOT.

Lindsey Price
Visual Arts

Mrs. Price has been teaching Art at MOT Charter High School since 2014 and is a graduate from Wilmington University in Multimedia Design.  She earned her teaching certification at the University of Delaware.  In addition to teaching, she is a professional artist.
